  • We limit trips to 40 plus crew.

  • Public tours pick up at Hart’s Landing at 920 John Ringling Causeway.

    Private tours can pick up almost anywhere in the area with a dock.

  • Generally, there is plenty of parking at Hart’s Landing but in the event that there is no space, we encourage people to park near bayshore park and walk over.

  • Please arrive 20 minutes before your schedule departure?

  • If we cancel the tour because of weather, you will receive a full refund and we will try to schedule you on a different day as soon as possible.

  • We issue full refunds 24 hours before your departure.

  • Everything you need can be purchased at Hart’s Landing but we recommend sunscreen, sunglasses, something to drink, and maybe something to eat!

  • Dolphins LOVE The Miss Clara but they are still wild animals and difficult to predict. We will do our best to show you a variety of sea creatures and birds!
